Return / Refund Policy
 

Returns

Products purchased from iTools Dental Corporation may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. A restocking fee will be applied after 30 days. All used, refurbished, special order items, discontinued or outdated items are a Final Sale. These products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Please call for your Return Authorization Code (RMA#); we cannot accept returns without an RMA#. No collect shipments will be accepted. We recommend you insure the products(s) for their full value to protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Credit cards – we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at time of shipment.

Domestic shipping method and charge:

Shipping/handling charge is $10 on each order delivered via ground shipping to the 48 continental states or $30 on each order delivered to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Orders shipped within the U.S. are usually delivered within 3 to 6 business days. We also offer 2nd-day FedEx Air for an additional $15.00 for shipment under 10 pounds. (Extra charge applies if over 10 pounds.)

International method and charge:

International orders will be charged a minimum of $95 for shipping/handling. If the actual shipping cost exceeds this amount, you will be notified by email of any shipping charge exceeding $95. Your order will NOT be processed without your approval of the extra shipping charge. Custom clearance and tariffs, duty and/or broker fees, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. The cost for ground shipping to Canada is $50.

Packages for international orders are shipped via Federal Express. International orders normally arrive within 8–12 business days from shipment. Do not count weekends or holidays. Customer is responsible for all duty and taxes at delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm PST are usually processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm PST or during weekend or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. We will email you notification and tracking information once your order is shipped. If cashier's check(s) are sent as payment, orders are shipped as soon as the check clears—normally within (5) business days.

Backorders

In the event that any ordered items are out of stock at the time your order is processed, those items become backordered automatically. Backordered items will be sent in a second shipment with no extra shipping/handling charge as soon as they become available. We shall notify you if the item(s) will not become available within a reasonable amount of time.

Change or Cancel an order

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

How do I withdraw my consent?

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 - SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your credit card information will be removed from our system once we process and ship your order. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 6 - CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
